1. General Platform Disclaimer

SHAIVO is a scheduling, coordination, and membership platform. All services are performed exclusively by independent subcontractors. SHAIVO itself does not perform physical labor or specialty work.

2. Provider Insurance Disclaimer

All subcontractors must maintain their own specialty insurance and licensing. SHAIVO maintains general liability insurance only and is not the contractor of record for specialty or regulated services.

3. Membership & Add-On Disclaimer

Memberships include only the routine services listed in the customer’s selected tier. All extra tasks, repairs, deep work, or non-routine services are billed separately as Add-Ons.

4. Property & Safety Disclaimer

• Customer must provide a safe, accessible environment for services.
• Pre-existing damage, hazards, mold, leaks, structural issues, or unsafe conditions are not SHAIVO’s responsibility.
• Services may be denied if dangerous conditions exist.

5. Commercial Service Disclaimer

Commercial pricing may vary based on square footage, building layout, equipment, risk category, and insurance requirements.

6. Photo & Video Disclaimer

Photos/videos taken by providers are used strictly for internal documentation, insurance evidence, dispute review, and service verification. They are not shared publicly without explicit customer consent.
