Routine: Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, living areas
Add-Ons: Deep cleaning, laundry, windows, oven, fridge, move in/out
Issue Discovery:
If cleaners notice leaks, mold, or damage, they take photos → submit to SHAIVO HQ → member receives estimate → work only happens after approval.
Routine: Mowing, edging, trimming, basic cleanup
Add-Ons: Hedge trimming, mulch, plant beds, small tree trim, pressure clean, sod
Issue Discovery:
Irrigation, drainage, erosion, or pest issues get photographed and reported.
Routine: Light repairs, simple installs, tightening, patching
Add-Ons: Extra hours, wall mounting, furniture assembly, touch-up painting, fixture installs
Issue Discovery:
Structural issues, leaks, unsafe wiring always get reported first.
Routine: Filter checks, performance checks, visual inspections
Add-Ons: Filter change, coil clean, drain flush, advanced diagnostics
Issue Discovery:
Any signs of failure are documented before estimates are provided.
Routine: Visual and functional checks
Add-Ons: Drain field treatment, lid/baffle repair, camera inspection, pump-out coordination
